We launched the Micro Skillpreneurship Development Program (MSDP) to empower women in the villages of Idukki. The program focuses on equipping women with essential skills and entrepreneurial training to create sustainable livelihoods. By fostering self-reliance, we aim to transform rural women into successful micro-entrepreneurs. This initiative contributes to economic growth and gender equality in the region.
